Let's do the best thing for our kids
Here in Georgetown ISD, we are very lucky to have a wonderful dual language program. It's staffed with amazing teachers, serves over 1,000 kids, and goes until 5th grade. The research, however, overwhelming supports dual language programs that go all the way to 12th grade (hasta 12) as the best academic model. In order to successfully advocate for the dual language program's expansion, we need to understand all the ways it would improve academics, university prospects, job prospects, and more. Learn how much more our program could be and let's work with the district to do the best thing for our kids.
